A VIN Chip is a theft deterrent and identification system for touring caravans. It has been launched to deter criminals from stealing touring caravans and to aid identification and recovery. VIN Chip uses both visible and invisible markings containing a touring caravan’s specific 17-digit VIN.
VIN Chip comes as standard in all UK caravans manufactured after 2016.
